Pole Dance or Pole Fitness class at Shine Alternative Fitness that focuses on the fundamentals of pole dance including inversions, spins, chair dance, heels and pole conditioning. Located near the Las Vegas Strip, Pole Dancing is the perfect class to have a Team Building, Bachelorette Party or fun group experience. 
Recommended Attire: Skin is in! Short sleeve or tank tops, shorts. Please avoid using any type of lotion on your body. You will remove socks, shoes, and jewelry prior to class.
 
 

Intro to POLE FITNESS

Level: beginner

Our Intro to Pole Fitness class focuses on the fundamentals of pole. In addition to working on the proper technique for basic positions and spins you will develop your core, flexibility and coordinationon while having a great time.

POLE FITNESS LEVEL 1

Level: Beginner/Intermediate "Tuesday classes will include heels work"
Building on the skill set acquired in Pole Fitness 1, you will learn how to execute some of your pole skills on the spinning pole, progress into combinations, and techniques for safely performing inversions. New poses and exercises learned during this sequence of classes will continue to challenge students looking to develop a versatile pole fitness skill set.

POLE FITNESS LEVEL 2

Level: Advanced
Building on the skill-set acquired in Pole Fitness 2, you will learn in this class how to execute some of your pole skills on the spinning pole, how to use your skills in combination, and techniques for performing more challenging and beautiful inversions. New poses and exercises learned during this sequence of classes will continue to challenge students looking to develop a versatile pole fitness skill set.
