Handstands:
Level: Beginner/Intermediate
If you have never done a handstand or are capable of doing a handstand, but cannot control it, this is the class for you. In this class, we focus on proper technique, weight distribution, flexibility, plank work and learning to understand the different ways of find the proper balance in handstands. Working from the floor, focusing on the core and developing strength and skills, you will begin to find the technique needed to be able to hold a handstand.
Handstands Level 2:
Level: Intermediate/ Advanced
If you are capable of holding a free standing handstand on the floor without a wall this class is for you. In this class, we focus on advanced technique of hand balancing, deeper strengthening of your core, learning different entrances to handstands (e.g. jumps, straddle-ups, press to handstand), and advancing to one arm handstands.
