Shine Fitness' very own instructor, Courtney Friedersof will be leading this refreshing, invigorating sessions. Her passion for dance and performance since an early age, a Bachelor's in Fine Arts degree from Shenandoah Conservatory, years of international performing experience that include the stages of renowned Las Vegas venues such as Zombie Burlesque, Particle Ink, and Mayfair After Dark at The Bellagio; combined with Courtney's experience as a pole fitness and flexibility instructor here at Shine definitely brings a unique flair to her Morning Stretch class.
