The easiest way to differentiate between General and Specialty Classes is by the name of a class. If the word "level" is in the name of the class, it is a Specialty class. General Classes do not contain the word "Level".

General classes:

Handstands, Flexibility, Hula Hoop, Xtreme Boxing, Abs&Booty, Aerial Conditioning, Beginning Tumbling, Beginning Pole for Mature Adults (40+) and all Intro Classes

Specialty Classes

Pole Fitness Level 1 , 2 and All Levels; Aerial Lyra/Hoop Level 1 , 2; Aerial Silks Level 1 , 2 and All Levels; Handstands Level 2
