  • Flexibility
  • To enjoy the benefits of flexibility, one must understand the body and the way it responds to specific poses and movements. The class is designed to increase flexibility and improve body alignment through a variety of deep stretches and challenging positions (splits, backbends, hip and shoulder mobility, etc…). All levels are welcome, but be prepared to leave your comfort zone!
     
    Level: Open
     
    Recommended Attire: Short sleeve or long sleeve shirt (please no tank tops), yoga pants or capris. You will remove shoes and jewelry prior to class.
     

  • Abs & Booty
  • Abs&Booty is a half hour of intense core work. Set on a upbeat music, you’ll work your entire core to help sculpt the body,enhance abdominal definition and stability. This class is a must for any fitness enthusiast needing to strengthen the stabilizer muscles. Improve tone not just in gluts and abs, but also in your lower back, quads, hamstrings, and inner thighs!

    This class is for all fitness levels, and it is a great way to fit a quick but challenging workout into your busy day. This mat work will give you the bottom half you've always wanted.

    In 30 min You get EVERYTHING you need!

  • Aerial Hoop (Lyra) Level 1
  • It is recommended to take Intro to Aerial before taking this class.
     
    Besides having fun and feeling like a performer, you will develop upper body, core and grip strength, which will allow you to support your own weight on the hoop. You will develop an increased flexibility and body awareness through your positioning on the apparatus. Learn from some of the most talented and experienced instructors how to flip, pose, roll, turn, and transitioning combinations in this unique Level 1 Lyra class.

    Level: Novice

    Recommended Attire: Short sleeve or long sleeve shirt (please no tank tops), yoga pants or capris. You will remove socks, shoes, and jewelry prior to class.


  • Aerial Silks All Levels
  • It is recommended to take Intro to Aerial before taking this class.
     
    This class is a mixed Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 classes focusing on having fun and sharing tricks and knowledge of Aerial Silks! Besides feeling like a performer, you will develop your upper body, core and grip strength which will allow you to support your own weight on the silks. You will develop your flexibility and body awareness through the positioning of the fabric. You will use the fabric to wrap, suspend, fall, swing, and spiral your body into and out of various positions. Aerial silks will help you gain a high degree of confidence, strength, power, flexibility, courage, and grace.

    Level: Novice, Intermediate or Advanced

    Level: Novice

  • Aerial Silks Level 1
  • It is recommended to take Intro to Aerial before taking this class.
     
    This class is designed to teach the basics of aerial silks in a fun, energetic, and comfortable group class setting. In class you will learn how to safely ascend and descend on the silk and eventually progress into simple poses and inversions. You do not have to be a professional or even a fitness junkie, you just need the desire to learn and to use your body strength in a new and different way.

    Level: Novice

    Recommended Attire: Short sleeve or long sleeve shirt (please no tank tops), yoga pants or capris. You will remove socks, shoes, and jewelry prior to class.


  • Aerial Hoop (Lyra) All Levels
  • It is recommended to take Intro to Aerial before taking this class.

    This class is a mix of Level 1 and Level 2 classes focusing on having fun and sharing tricks and knowledge of Aerial Hoop! It is designed for those who are comfortable with the Lyra and for those that are looking to see what the other levels are learning. You will continue to develop your flexibility and body awareness through more challenging positioning of the Aerial Hoop as well as work on spinning, transitions and combinations.

    Level: Level 1 and Level 2

    Recommended Attire: Short sleeve or long sleeve shirt (please no tank tops), yoga pants or capris. You will remove socks, shoes, and jewelry prior to class.


  • Intro to Aerial Fitness
  • First Timers this class is for you!

    This Intro Class is designed to teach the fundamentals of Aerial Fitness utilizing Aerial Silks and Hoop.

    You do not have to be a professional or even a fitness junkie, you just need the desire to learn and to use your body strength in a new and different way.

    Level: Beginner

    Recommended Attire: Short sleeve or long sleeve shirt (please no tank tops), yoga pants or capris. You will remove socks, shoes, and jewelry prior to class.


  • Aerial Silks Level 3

  • Aerial Bootcamp
  • Aerial Bootcamp training is an interval training program designed for all SHINE enthusiasts. This class focuses on strengthening the body and building high levels of endurance using the tools of the aerialist. This class is all inclusive and is designed for all SHINE clients, regardless of experience level. Our instructors will give you a variety of exercises to choose from, ranging from beginner to more advanced. Be ready to, hang, pull, twist, balance and hold your body in a variety of ways, keeping your brain so engaged you’ll forget you’re even working out! Based off of the widely successful formula of HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training), not only is Aerial Bootcamp the best way to develop strength and confidence for your other Shine classes but it is also the most efficient way to burn fat and build lean muscle! We strongly recommend this class be attended for anyone who is interested in aerial, pole, or balance arts, but is feeling the need to develop more foundational strength before jumping into the air.
