  • Flexibility
  • To enjoy the benefits of flexibility, one must understand the body and the way it responds to specific poses and movements. The class is designed to increase flexibility and improve body alignment through a variety of deep stretches and challenging positions (splits, backbends, hip and shoulder mobility, etc…). All levels are welcome, but be prepared to leave your comfort zone!
     
    Level: Open
     
    Recommended Attire: Short sleeve or long sleeve shirt (please no tank tops), yoga pants or capris. You will remove shoes and jewelry prior to class.
     

  • Abs & Booty
  • Abs&Booty is a half hour of intense core work. Set on a upbeat music, you’ll work your entire core to help sculpt the body,enhance abdominal definition and stability. This class is a must for any fitness enthusiast needing to strengthen the stabilizer muscles. Improve tone not just in gluts and abs, but also in your lower back, quads, hamstrings, and inner thighs!

    This class is for all fitness levels, and it is a great way to fit a quick but challenging workout into your busy day. This mat work will give you the bottom half you've always wanted.

    In 30 min You get EVERYTHING you need!

    Level: Open

    Recommended Attire: Short sleeve or long sleeve shirt (please no tank tops), yoga pants or capris. You will remove shoes and jewelry prior to class.


  • Pole Fitness Levels 1 & 2
  • Our Combination Pole Class intermixing the Pole Fitness 1 class and Pole Fitness 2 class. This class will focus on the fundamentals of pole learned in the Intro to Pole class as well as learning how to execute some of your pole skills on the spinning pole, progress into combinations, and techniques for safely performing inversions. New poses and exercises learned during this sequence of classes will continue to challenge students looking to develop a versatile pole fitness skill set.

    Level: Novice and Intermediate

    Recommended Attire: Skin is in! Short sleeve or tank tops, shorts. Please avoid using any type of lotion on your body. You will remove socks, shoes, and jewelry prior to class.


  • Pole Fitness Level 2
  • Building on the skill set acquired in Pole Fitness 1, you will learn how to execute some of your pole skills on the spinning pole, progress into combinations, and techniques for safely performing inversions. New poses and exercises learned during this sequence of classes will continue to challenge students looking to develop a versatile pole fitness skill set. 

    Level: Intermediate

  • Pole Fitness Level 1
  • Our Pole Fitness 1 class focuses more on the fundamentals of pole learned in the Intro to Pole class. In addition to working on basic positions, you will add inversions, more complicated spins and conditioning while having a great time.
     
    Level: Novice

  • Intro to Pole Fitness
  • First-timers, this is the class for you!

    Our Intro to Pole class focuses on the fundamentals of pole, working on basic positions, grips, and spins.

    Level: Beginner
