Our Combination Pole Class intermixing the Pole Fitness 1 class and Pole Fitness 2 class. This class will focus on the fundamentals of pole learned in the Intro to Pole class as well as learning how to execute some of your pole skills on the spinning pole, progress into combinations, and techniques for safely performing inversions. New poses and exercises learned during this sequence of classes will continue to challenge students looking to develop a versatile pole fitness skill set.
Level: Novice and Intermediate
Recommended Attire: Skin is in! Short sleeve or tank tops, shorts. Please avoid using any type of lotion on your body. You will remove socks, shoes, and jewelry prior to class.
