Rebecca Joy Raboy

Rebecca Joy has been in the performing arts industry since the age of nine. Growing up as a dancer, Rebecca always appreciated anything that physically challenged her, as well as; anything that promoted openness, alignment and relaxation to the mind-body-spirit. Ten years ago Rebecca started her yoga practice, always searching for the path that best fit. In 2012 she found AntiGravity Yoga and absolutely fell in love. As a personal health & wellness coach, Rebecca is thrilled to be sharing all the health benefits associated with AntiGravity Yoga on a daily basis, but more importantly; bringing it to as many hearts as she can.

Delphine Gaillard

Originally from France, Delphine Gaillard is an aerial acrobat who has been passionate about circus arts, particularly contortion, since 8 years old. She trained at the “Annie Fratellini école supérieur des arts du cirque” in Paris, where she focused on trapeze, spanish web, and aerial silks. She then performed at theme parks, cabarets, and many different company events around the world. Delphine first performed for Cirque Du Soleil at the Cannes Film Festival in France, a solo silk act in 2005. She moved to Las Vegas to perform the lead role of "Julia”, a straps act, in Cirque du Soleil’s “The Beatles LOVE” show for 8 years. She then became certified as an AntiGravity Aerial Yoga instructor by the founder of the discipline, Christopher Harrison. Currently, Delphine is a freelance performer.
AntiGravity Fitness is ideal for the inversion enthusiast! This AntiGravity class will vary from the others in that the focus is more on the 'workout' element found in the technique. The zero compression inversions will still be present, while the meditative aspect will not. A student can expect to target major/minor muscle groups, improve their grip strength and hone in on their awareness of body form and positioning as it relates to the plumb line. There will be much more swinging and trick incorporation in this class.

Level: Novice/Intermediate (It is highly recommended that students experience several AntiGravity Yoga Level 1 classes prior to taking AntiGravity Fitness.)

Recommended Attire: Short sleeve or long sleeve shirt (please no tank tops), yoga pants or capris. You will remove socks, shoes, and jewelry prior to class.
