An hour of high intensity interval training involving boxing, kickboxing, body sculpting, plyometrics and abs. Fist pumping music will have you jumping and burning as many as 800 - 1200 calories, achieving a total body workout. Be ready to sweat!!!
Level: Open
Recommended Attire: Short, long or no sleeve shirt, yoga pants, capris, sweatpants or shorts. Tennis or running shoes and bring a towel.
